TST Tidal Waves

Dear Swimmers and Parents,

Thank you for your interest in the Taylorville Swim Team. All kids between the ages of 5-18 are eligible, as long as they are able to swim 25 yards without assistance. 4 year olds must be approved by Head coach Ryan. Our Trained and Professional coach's will teach Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly, Competitive Dive, and All Competitive Turns throughout the season.  We have all levels of swimmers from 1st year to National level swimmers. Athletes are separated by groups so there is a group for everyone. We encourage all swimmers to attend as many practices and meets as possible to benefit the athlete the most. However, we are also very flexible. If you have a conflict, please let your coaches know. The meet sign-up on our website is extremely important to the coaches because they use it to schedule swimmers for each meet. Please sign your child up for each meet they plan to attend. If you have any changes during the season, let the coaches know ASAP. When a child is signed up for a meet and does not show up, it affects all the swimmers in that age group, possibly scratching events other swimmers may be scheduled for.

Swimmers may wear their own swimsuits, however, we will have a team suit available for purchase if wanted ( available in team store). Our team colors are purple and black.
